На месторождении концентрация ртути превышает значение 12 нг/м3 (34 нг/м3), поэтому на стадии осушки газа предусмотрена установка очистки сырьевого газа от ртути до требуемого уровня.
Арматурный блок к месту монтажа транспортируется двумя частями в обшивке из тонколистовой стали или другого материала, обеспечивающего сохранность при транспортировке и хранении.
Отдельно отправляются площадка обслуживания и приборы КиА.
Упаковка должна обеспечивать сохранность при транспортировании и хранении.
Категория упаковки - КУ-1 по ГОСТ 23170-78.
Категория упаковки приборов КиА, запасных прокладок, крепежных деталей и других изделий, направляемых на монтаж отдельно - КУ-1 по ГОСТ 23170-78.
Блок состоит из технологических трубопроводов, снабженных запорно-регулирующей арматурой, приборами и средствами КиА, установленными на двух рамах (см. приложение А).
Седла регулирующего клапана, отсечных кранов, тупиковые зоны, дренажные линии, линия сброса газа на факел подлежат электрообогреву.
Блок оснащен приборами, обеспечивающими выполнение функций контроля и автоматического управления.
Диаметр теплообменных труб 25 мм, толщина стенки 2,5 мм, длина прямого участка труб 3000 мм.
Расположение труб по треугольнику.
Теплообменник снабжен штуцерами для входа и выхода продукта и установки приборов КиА.

At the field, the concentration of mercury exceeds the value of 12 ng/m3 (34 ng/m3). Therefore, a feed gas mercury removal unit is used at the gas dehydration stage to remove as much mercury as necessary.
The valve unit is transported to the installation site, in two parts, in a casing made of thin sheet steel or other material that ensures safety during transportation and storage.
The service platform and control and automation devices are sent separately.
Packaging shall ensure safety during transportation and storage.
The packaging category is KU-1 according to GOST 23170-78.
The packaging category of the control and automation devices, spare gaskets, fastening members, and other parts sent to the installation site separately is KU-1 according to GOST 23170-78.
The unit consists of process pipelines equipped with shutoff and control valves, as well as control and automation devices and equipment installed on two frames (see Annex A).
The seats of control and shutoff valves, the dead-end zones, the drainage lines, and the flare gas discharge line, are to be electrically heat traced.
The unit is equipped with automatic control and monitoring devices.
The diameter of the heat-exchange tubes is 25 mm, the wall thickness is 2.5 mm, the straight run length is 3000 mm.
The pipes are arranged in a triangle.
The heat exchanger is equipped with inlet and outlet nozzles for the product and for the control and automation device unit.
