The Dutch offshore heavy lift and accommodation solutions provider OOS International Group B.V. has signed a cooperation agreement with GSP Holding (GSP Offshore B.V.) for collaboration on offshore international projects, primarily offshore Russia.
This cooperation agreement was signed in order to establish long-term strategic partner relations, OOS International said last week.
GSP Holding and OOS International can see that they can combine their specific areas of expertise to provide more effective solutions for their projects. Both companies strive to establish a cooperative working relationship, with the common goal to provide a range of key prospects together for different customers, the company also said.
The cooperation agreement was signed by Gabriel Comanescu, who represented GSP, and Léon Overdulve, who represented OOS International, during a ceremony in Bucharest, Romania.
OOS International said they are very pleased to have this strategic cooperation with GSP, a respectable company, and to strengthen their ties in the Russian region. During a visit to GSP premises, it was clear that they are ready to take the next step within the oil and gas industry. OOS chairman and CEO Léon Overdulve said that thanks to such a strong partner, the company could have new growth opportunities, especially in the Russian region.
President and CEO of GSP Holdings Gabriel Comanescu said this partnership had provided new models for their joint development of onshore and offshore projects. The first joint project has already been determined and is under assessment. GSP can have great business opportunities where the company, in cooperation with OOS International, can deliver commercially viable solutions to their customers in the oil & gas industry.
GSP Holding and their branches provide a broad range of services to the oil and gas industry: offshore construction, offshore drilling, shipyards, shipping, engineering, logistics, aviation, training, catering.
